Don Pedro Luis, with his decades of experience and knowledge passed down from generation to generation, is the soul of our company. His love for the land and knowledge accumulated in each barrel are the very essence of our vinegars. He is the keeper of the traditions, the man whose expert eye and fine-tuned nose have made BioVinegar synonymous with quality.
At his side, Pedro, the prodigy and visionary son, brings a contemporary touch to the family heritage. Moreover, we are a recently created company, but not the team that forms it, as we were pioneers in developing the use of alcohol vinegar in agriculture, both conventional and organic. We are committed to sustainability and people's health. We seek to increase crop yields through personalised technical advice and the use of natural solutions that are more effective than chemically synthesised products, without their harmful effects.
