All our vinegars are made from La Mancha wines. Mainly from Airén and Tempranillo varieties.
The elaboration process used has been the NATURAL METHOD by means of slow fermentation in superficial cultivation.
This process is also called the Schützenbach or German method. The vinegar obtained by this method is characterized by the aroma and the singular taste provided by the slowness of the acetification process, which is favoured by the simultaneous aging, and the continuous contact with oak wood chips.

We are a recently founded company. However, our team have been pioneers in developing the use of alcohol vinegar in agriculture, both conventional and ecological. We are committed to sustainability and people's health. We seek to increase crop yields through personalized technical advice, and the use of natural solutions with a higher efficiency than chemical synthesis products, and without the harmful effects of these.
We also know the multiple applications that alcohol vinegar has for agriculture in its different concentrations. It is an innocuous, biodegradable and environmentally friendly product. It is a basic substance made from the acetification of alcohol of vegetable origin. A totally organic product. These products together with our experience are very useful to farmers and maintenance technicians of parks and gardens, as well as to anyone interested in replacing synthetic products by organic substances that respect the environment.
